Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping method selected, and the destination. Customers can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing their order.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For shipments to outside the United states, special arrangements will need to be made by calling our office. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to be updated by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy:
Eligibility:A return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required to return a product (see #2 below). We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns made without an RMA number may not be accepted or processed. Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
